Page 2 - Absolute Final 13 Spring 2025 Newsletter
P. 2
Welcome to your Spring 2025 Newsletter and, as always, thank
you to all who have contributed to it.
th
It’s my 13 edition as your Editor and 13 being my lucky number
should have made it my best for you yet but the occurrences
during the last six months have made it a horrible one to do.
We have lost three long standing members including Beryl, our now late
President and David our Show Manager; two people who have been there
from the start of my showing days and did so much for the Club. I want to
say here that I am indebted to Jane Saunders for searching through her
extensive archive of photos and using them to contribute to the sent obituaries
and compiling the featured rich and lovely tributes to these special people.
We have also lost three very dearly loved Keeshonds whose farewells are also
included. The price for loving these incredible beings is so terrible yet we go
on doing it again and again because the love they give us outweighs the grief
of their loss 100 fold, and the best way we can honour their memory is by
going on to give love to another of their kin if we possibly can.
Politically the world is so unstable right now we need our dogs more than ever
to bring us some calming respite and soul food from the madness of it all.
Tails as high as we can, everyone! Editor (Kit Wadmore-Smith)
