           Based on the comparable sales information provided, I believe
           that the value of your property is in the logical price range of
           $690,000 - $750,000.

           It is important to go to market at the right price, to prevent your
           property being on the market too long, and buyers losing interest in
           the property. It is also important to set the right price at the outset, to
           avoid price reductions.
