           Based on the comparable sales information provided, I believe that
           the value of your property is in the logical price range of
           $2,350,000 - $2,450,000

           It is important to go to market at the right price, to prevent your
           property being on the market too long, and buyers losing interest in the
           property. It is also important to set the right price at the outset, to avoid
           price reductions.

           As mentioned above, we take into consideration comparable
           sales and other relevant factors such as character, condition,
           accommodation that may set your property apart from other
           properties.

           I’m employed to give owners the very best chance to achieve the
           high end of logic or even exceed logic. To do this implementing the
           right strategy is imperative.

           We believe if you went to market today, the best strategy to obtain the
