The Lofty board sets and directs LCM policies that create a safe, positive but adventurous, environment in which to develop and realise our enterprise’s vision.
strategy:
Our Lofty strategy committee is the engine room of our activities. The strategy team works tirelessly, collaborating with all elements of the enterprise, the community, venues and artists to work out how best to turn the Lofty dream into a real community-driven outcome. The Deputy Chair of the Lofty board and the Station General Manager collaboratively lead Lofty strategy.

The entirely volunteer-staffed operations division of Lofty are our dream makers, for it is this dedicated group of people who actually turn the Lofty vision into a reality for our community.
