From his influences at The Savoy in London to Grand Hotel
National in Lucerne. Monsieur Escoffier’s teachings set the template
for all we wish for you during 88.
Each day will present a new culinary delight designed by the finest
chefs of London & Lucerne. Highlighted by an 8 course banquet
created by our iconic Michelin-Starred guest-chef, your 8-day
experience will see a deep dive and flight in to the beauty of sea,
land and sky.
Each evening offers a unique fine-dining experience and also
includes our exclusive “88 @ Hakkasan” celebration. London’s
finest Cantonese restaurant will belong exclusively to the 88 on
the night of July 4th for a journey through -
Dried Abalone, Caviar, Wagyu Beef, Lobster and King Crab to
name a few pearls.
Fera & Le Gavroche and restaurants by Gordon Ramsey, Alain
Ducasse and Heston Blumenthal will complete our collection.
