Increase productivity and production
value by promoting plant variety and

strategy on building competitiveness
and opening up opportunities, and social
equality, to ultimately elevate the water
productivity in its entire system
Increase water availability through
the Royal Rainmaking with the integrated
implementation plan to push forward the water
allocation in agricultural rainfed areas, to set
the target at least 98 percent of agricultural
drought prone areas, and to solve water-related
problems in 66 target areas that need
integrative and systematic planning for flood
and drought situations
