               Note; the ‘be’ verb was is used with singular subjects and the

               subject I, while Were is used with plural subjects and the

               subject You. Refer to the note on the present continuous tense
               for spelling rules for the Verb + -ing form and the list of verbs

               not commonly used in the continuous form.
