Thank you to the businesses who decided to place an advert on the Crowland hub website this past month. Your £30 annual subscription has helped to keep the library open and the library building available for the many local groups who use it now on a regular basis. Whilst we do get a grant from LCC towards the running costs of the building it does not cover the full costs plus the grant is time limited and ends when we have been in situ for 4 years so that time is rapidly approaching!
The Business Directory is promoted regularly on all the local social media sites here and in the surrounding villages. . All you have to do is contact us via the website. www.CrowlandHub.com you can submit the ad to us or we can create it for you.

The 2018 Summer Reading Challenge ‘Mischief Makers.’
Well....this year we broke records for the number of youngsters who took part in the Summer Reading Challenge. The largest number ever enrolled. Well done to all who completed it. It’s great to think we played a small part in bedding in your literary learning journey. We hope you enjoyed the adventures your summer books took you on and that you continue to make full

Another ‘Thank You’ to everyone who supported our summer sale. It was a great success and one we are sure to repeat. Where else would you have been able to buy 4 dresses for £4? We are now in the process of changing the stock to reflect the cooler weather so make sure you keep popping in as stock changes every day.

‘Let’s Go’ Summer Programme 2018
Those 5 weeks went by quickly didn’t they? We had a great time at the Hub, lots of lovely youngsters enjoying the crafts, drama, jewellery, food fun and trip out. 49 people travelled to Hunstanton on a blistering hot day and 54 of us had a lovely day
out at Wicksteed Park. Are we going to do it again? Well we’re already getting suggestions for where we could venture n 2019 so watch this space.J
