Like so many women, menopause was the ‘game-changer’


           for me. Sleepless nights, wet sheets from sweats, unrelenting


           hot flushes, low energy and mood swings that went mainly down,


           not up. It was hard enough getting out of bed, let alone getting


           through my day.




                    When HRT and supplements didn’t work for ALL of my

                        symptom relief as promised, it was time to dig deeper. For


                        many years, I have taught physiology and enjoyed an


                        education presence in the health and fitness industry in

                        New Zealand and Australia, so the foundation was there to


                        try and un-ravel ‘menopause’ as part of my doctoral

                        research into women’s healthy ageing.
