Fines

If you did not notify your 90 days,

you will be fined not exceeding

5,000 baht and a daily fine not

exceeding 200 baht untill full

compliance.

A householder or a hotel manager

who aceept a foreigner as a

resident, has to notify local

immigration. If owner fails to

comply with the las, the fine will

be 2,000 baht

If a hotel manager fails to comply

with the law, punishment will be a

fine from 2,000-10,000 baht

A alien who did not pass through

immigration checkpoint, will be

punished by imprisonment not

exceeding 2 years and a fine not

exceeding 20,000 baht.
