        Each month our agency publishes an interactive and informative newsletter for
        clients and colleagues. Our newsletters cover news from associations and our
        profession – from training and conferences, to legislative. We also cover our

        A SPECIAL TIME FOR THANKS IN 2020!
        As we near the end of 2020 and hopes to put one of the most unusual years in modern history behind us, we have to
        extend our thanks to all. We saw our families, friends, colleagues and clients come together for each other literally
        overnight. Everyone was concerned with health and safety, and making sure no one was left behind. Wow!

        As prepared as many were, investigations is a very active and busy profession – requiring tenacity, resources, and
        ingenuity – there are just some things for which you cannot be. What one person, family, agency, or firm needed –
        another had and gave. What will happen in 2021 is unknown. We do know this – we learned from 2020.

        From our family and agency to your and yours – in this customary time of Thanks – we extend our thanks and
        appreciation, perhaps more than usual. As always – if there is anything we can do or facilitate for you – we are here.

        What did 2020 tell us? We share some thoughts in this month’s commentary.
        Definitely a reminder – Experience is Prepared – and our agency and profession was. The tenacity of professional
        investigators came together to for each other and clients like no other profession can. Together We’re Better!

        experienced and technology came and went – so did access by fax, email and online. With 2020 many had to
