III. Cause of Death Statement – Part II
Part II is for other significant conditions – medical and health history which did not contribute to the

cause of the death; however, was a factor in the decedent’s health and may have had an indirect
contribution. A chronic alcohol or other drug user who died of unrelated cancer may still have their

alcohol or other drug use listed, including smoking. These are also for statistical purposes.
