Innocent Until Proven Guilty By The Accusation

With today’s instant access to information, people appear to be innocent until proven guilty by the accusation. Masses of people in our
country today do not wait to see or consider the facts supporting a claim. The mere act of making the accusation appears to prove the guilt
of the accused.
One can define an accusation as “a charge of wrongdoing.” An accusation is also referred to as an allegation, which is an assertion made
by a party in a legal proceeding, which the party then undertakes to prove.” The purpose of the charge is to bring to light a concern that
must be subsequently supported by credible evidence obtained through a neutral fact-finding and fact-verifying investigation. It is
important to recognize that what one person may accept as being the truth, another person may reject completely.

High School Girls Admitted to Making False Sexual Assault Accusations Against a Male Student Because They ‘Just Don’t Like
Him’
Seneca Valley School District in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is facing a lawsuit from a former male student who was forced out of school—
and investigated for sexual assault—due to a series of false accusations made by female students. The girls—dubbed "mean girls" in the
lawsuit, a reference to the 2004 Lindsay Lohan film—admitted on tape that they made up the assault story. One said, "I just don't like him"
and "[I] would do anything to get him expelled," according to The Toronto Sun.

best evidence information. There is nothing personal, or political, in conducting professional investigations - ever. Unfortunately, we know
some criminal defense investigators, who are otherwise active in the wrongfully accused roles - change their position when there are
political or ideological undertones - then its guilty no matter the evidence or lack thereof.
Not in our lives, and not in our agency. All persons get the same magnifying glass examination of the information, facts, and evidence.
