IMPORTANT UPDATE - Colorado PI Licensing
On 06/10/2020 the Senate floor voted to send the governor the bill continuing PI licensing in Colorado. The bill
continues the current law, with one amendment:
"The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, or safety."

With bi-partisan support, and 75% committee and floor votes in favor, on 06/29/2020 the passed final act was sent to
the governor. As of this newsletter, 07/06/2020, the governor has not acted. As of 07/03/2020 the governor has stated
being inclined to veto, as previously indicated. We are asking for the full support of clients and colleagues.
