25-26 Self-taught photojournalist, Jean-Claude Figenwald learned photography at the Gamma and Magnum agencies in the mid 1970’s. Since the early 1990’s he has worked as a freelance photographer for several notable publications. (Photo shot in New York, NY, USA.)

Marc Chaumeil started photography in 1982. Since 1990 he collaborates regularly to newspapers such as Libération, Le Monde, L’Express, Le Parisien Magazine, amongst others. In 1995 he became the first photographer to capture the Tour de France with a digital camera. In 2012 he published François Hollande Président Élu (Privat Editions), a book that chronicles the campaign for the man who would become the next French President. She has taken part in over 60 group international photography exhibitions in the past several years in various cities around Europe, where she has won several awards. Ursula Frederick is an archaeologist and artist with a particular interest in material and visual cultures. She is currently completing a combined research and practice doctoral project on the art and aesthetics of car cultures. Prior to undertaking her doctorate, Ursula completed her Master of Arts in Archaeology at the Australian National University. She currently is on staff at the University of Sydney. Lieve Blancquaert is a Belgian photographer, journalist and television producer. She studied art (film and photography) at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent. After graduation, Blancquaert began working as a freelance photographer for various Belgian newspapers and magazines. Her latest exhibition Lieve Blancquaert: Photographer (2011), which presented an overview of her work during the past 25 years, attracted more than 50,000 visitors. Linda Rosier began her photo career in New Orleans where she learned documentary and street photography. She then moved to New York, where she has worked for The Village Voice, The New York Times, Newsday and as a staff photographer at The New York Daily News. 29-30 Donna DeCesare is an author, documentary photographer and recipient of numerous documentary photography awards and grants. Her book, Unsettled / Desasosiego: Children in a World of Gangs, was published in a bi-lingual edition by the University of Texas press in 2013.
