has a reputation for innovation. Its video games and consoles are frequently
best-sellers and so, as a result, the company is very profitable. The video
games industry is highly competitive and this requires Lario to spend
increasing amounts of money each year on staff training and research and
development in order to maintain its competitive advantage. Its research and
development projects are highly confidential.
