VALUATIONS

            Overview

            • Valuations is not only fascinating, but pervasive: it

incorporates several principles learnt in preceding

learning units and further serves as a springboard of
                knowledge to later learning units.

            • In order to master the learning outcomes of this

learning unit, you will thus require a strong foundation

in your prior learning and the preceding learning units,
but not limited to: the cost of capital, capital

investment appraisal and sources and forms of

                financing.

            • In turn, this learning unit of valuations will serve as an

introduction to further, more advanced learning units,
                such as mergers and acquisitions.
