Low-cost residential units on loan account (s 13sept)
- Employers moves away from leasing low-cost residential
units to employees to the disposal of low-cost residential units
to employees.
- Who qualifies for the allowance?
- When?
Provides an interest-free loan to employee and is
applicable to disposals on/after 21 October 2008.
- Requirements?
→ not subject to any condition, except…
→ disposal effected by an interest-free loan;
→ disposal amount ≤ actual cost of unit.
