Graphs and Charts
A graph or chart should be clear and unambiguous. In order to help to achieve this
aim a number of rules should be followed:
give each graph or chart a name or a title
state the source of any data that has been used
state the units of measurement that have been used
give a scale so that the graph or chart can be properly interpreted
ensure that the presentation is neat
use a key to explain the contents
if axes are used, they should be properly labelled.
