Introduction
• In order for financial statements to meet fair
presentation, the reporting entity needs to disclose
the transactions involving the related parties in
order for the users to be aware of the
interrelationships between related parties,
including the level of support provided by related
parties to assist users of the financial statements in
making their economic decisions.
