How being a Military officer has affect Odilo
My father Odilo Soto is a military officer in Ministry of defense in Ecuador. Being
a military officer has had three effects on him. First, he feels satisfied because he
protects the country from any threat. Sometimes he is part of the presidential escort,
sometimes, he goes to the frontier with Colombia to guard against drug traffic,
smuggling, and people traffic. Second, he has developed an important skill on his
job. He has learned how to shoot a gun and has improved his ability to survive on
missions in the jungle. He has experience training dogs for the detection an of
narcotic substances. Finally, while working on his job, Odilo made an important
discovery. He found out that working in the field of military security his passion.
He senses that the people respect him because he does many actions in favor of
citizenship.
