One of the unique advantages of being in business for over 90 years is having the context and perspective to witness how much the world has changed, and how much we have changed with it . Technology and innovation are constantly evolving, opening the door to new possibilities . As we adapt and grow, we recognize the importance of developing our own growth mindsets, which
is a sincere belief that our abilities are not set in stone . We believe that talent can be nurtured, that intelligence can be fostered, and that creativity and leadership can be developed . At Miller Electric, we are creating a Learning Organization to do just that .
While our company has always prioritized training and continuous education, our Leadership team was committed to taking that investment a
step further . The official launch of our Learning Organization in 2018 marked the beginning of

Moving into our new headquarters provides a designated space
to learn together . Equipping Miller U with innovative audio/ visual capabilities allows all 16 branches to attend learning/ training classes .

CEO Henry Brown announces four new strategic business initiatives, including building a Learning Organization .

2/19 - Patty Keenan joins Miller Electric as the first Chief Learning Officer . Alongside Tim Hinson, Director of Corporate Training, the blueprints of our Learning Organization are created .

We held our first client continual learning class with Baptist Medical . The theme was Challenge of Change and took place at Miller U . This will be the start of hosting learning classes with clients .
Denine Herrmann joins the Learning Organization and becomes our first Learning Management System Coordinator . Miller will now begin building a learning platform that will host thousands of learning/training session options .

Miller Electric announces a new partnership with Valdosta State University: a fully online program customized for Miller employees both from our field and office teams, with college credit available for prior work and apprenticeship experience and a path to earning a bachelor’s degree at their own pace .
