CONNECTING INDUSTRY TO CLASSROOMS
Within the past six months, we have welcomed two universities, ten local high schools, five homeschooled students, and one middle school to tour our new headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida . As part of our continued investment in current employees and future generations, we have hosted students from local schools and academic programs such as AVID and ACE Mentor
making Miller Electric a unique destination for educational field trips .
Customizing each tour depending on the specific educational purpose, allows us to dive deeper into particular areas within our organization . By the end of all tours, our goal is to leave the students with a better understanding of the vast variety of career paths and opportunities nested within their backyard .
