In 2020-2021 Northern will provide your Prescription Drug benefits through the Cigna Pharmacy Program network, unchanged from last year. There are nearly 68,000 retail pharmacies in the network. They include local pharmacies, grocery stores, retail chains and wholesale warehouse stores. Go to myCigna.com or the “myCigna” app in order to find a local pharmacy within the network.

For the Mail Order Program you may order prescriptions:
• Online: Register at myCigna.com or on the “myCigna” app. Once registered, ask your doctor to send your prescription electronically to Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy. Call the Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy at 800-285-4812 with your shipping/billing and payment information.
• By mail: Complete the registration form included with your enrollment packet or log into my Cigna.com to download a form. Mail the form along with your original prescription.
• By phone: Call Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy at 800-285-4812 and have your medication name, doctor’s name and shipping/billing and payment information ready.
