מפרט: [1] עמוד, נייר מודבק על קרטון. 23X31 ס״מ. כתיבה מזרחית.
מאפיינים יחודיים: במסמך מתואר מצבה הקשה של הקהילה ומוזכרים בו שמות של נספים ושל יתומים ויתומות. המסמך חתום על ידי הרבנים יאודה בן זבולון וחיים בן יצחק. בתחתית הדף כתב “רבי בכה״ר יעקב״ שקהילתו הרימה תרומה צנועה ובנוסף שלחה לקהילת סנא שני ספרי
תורה כיון שהם נותרו ללא ספרי תורה.
מצב: בינוני-לא טוב. סימני קיפול, בלאי בקצות הדף, קרעים קטנים בעיקר לאורך קווי הקיפול, כתמים.

Handwritten. Proclamation requesting donations for the release of prisoners, from the Senna community in Kurdistan after the pogroms of 1752.
Speci cations: [1] page, paper pasted on cardboard. 23X31 cm. Oriental handwriting.
Unique features: e document describes the di cult situation in the community and refers to the names of those killed as well as orphans. e document is signed by Rabbis Yehuda son of Zevulun and Chaim son of Yitzchak. On the bottom of the page, “Rabbi son of the honorable Rabbi Yaakov״ wrote that his commu- nity raised a small sum and, in addition, sent two Torah scrolls to the Senna community because they were left without Torah scrolls.
Condition: Moderate-poor. Fold marks, wear on the edges of the page, small tears mainly along the fold, stains.

רקע: הרב אליעזר נחום נולד בשנת תכ״ב בעיר איסטנבול, התיישב באדריאנופול שם עמד בראשות ישיבה גדולה והיה אב״ד. בסביבות שנת ה׳תצ״ה עלה לארץ לישראל, וכעבור מספר שנים התמנה לראשון לציון
עד פטירתו בשנת תק״ה. מתלמידי החיד״א.
בדפים האחרונים נדפס פסק על תיקון הכהנים, פולמוס נגד מי שיצא על תיקון הכהנים שעשה הרב שמואל אבוהב בעל דבר שמואל. המחבר נפטר בשנת תק״ה, בעת הדפסת הספר. בשער נכתב על המחבר נר״ו,
ובהקדמת המחבר נכתב עליו ז״ל.
מאפיינים יחודיים: חתימות בעלים, יצחק חי לומברוזו. מרבני משפחת לומברוזו בתוניס. כנראה נכד רבי יצחק לומברוזו רבה של תוניס בעל זרע יצחק, ראה אודותיו, מלכי תרשיש עמ׳ רד, ארזי הלבנון 1304. בדפי הספר כמה הגהות, מהן ארוכות, יש הגהות מאת ר׳ ישועה אשכנזי, ויש

Speci cations: 256 leaves, 21 cm. Ya׳ari Kushta 406. With the text of the Mishna followed by the commentary.
Background: Rabbi Eliezer Nachum was born in 1662 in the city of Istanbul, later settled in Edirne where he headed a yeshiva and served as Av Beit Din. He immigrated to Israel in approx- imately 1735 and was appointed as Rishon L׳Zion several years later, until his passing in 1745. Student of the Chida. A ruling about Tikkun HaCohanim is on the last leaves, a polemic against those who opposed the Tikkun HaCohanim performed by Rabbi Shmuel Abuhav, author of Dvar Shmuel. e author passed away in 1745, while the book was being printed. e author is referred to as being alive on the title page, and in the author׳s introduction as deceased.
Unique Features: Ownership signatures, Yitzchak Chai Lumbroso of Tunisia. is appears to be the grandson of Rabbi Yitzchak Lumbroso, rabbi of Tunisia, author of Zera Yitzchak, for more information about him refer to Malchei Tarshish page 204, Arzei HaLevanon 1304. Several glosses, some long, on the book׳s leaves. ere are glosses from Rabbi Yeshua Ashkenazi, and there are glosses signed Y.Z.H. e glosses were not investigated. e book itself is uncommon.
