TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Additional Charges
The minimum order value is $150.00, excluding GST. Orders below this value will not be processed.

Prices
The prices quoted are subject to change without notice. It is our policy however, to give adequate prior notice in
writing of impending price change when possible.
All retail prices quoted herein are recommended prices only, and there is no obligation to comply with the
recommendation.

Discrepancies
Any shortages, damaged goods or price discrepancies must be notified within 7 days of invoice date.

Return of Goods
Returns will not be accepted unless prior approval is given. Requests should be made within 7 days of receipt
of goods.

Account Activity
Annual and initial spend must exceed $250 (excluding GST) to operate a credit account.
Transactions will be on a Cash Sale basis until such time as purchases exceed or fall below this amount.

Terms
Net monthly payment by 20th of month following invoice date (compliance with these terms will be taken into
consideration when reviewing discounts).

Ownership
Risk in any goods supplied by A.W.Faber-Castell (NZ) Limited to a customer shall pass when such goods are
delivered to the customer or into custody on the customer’s behalf but ownership in such goods is
retained by A.W.Faber-Castell (NZ) until payment is made for the goods and for all other goods supplied by
A.W.Faber-Castell (NZ) Ltd to the customer.

If such goods are sold by the customer prior to the payment thereof and if they shall become constituents of
other goods then the proceeds of sale thereof shall be the property of A.W.Faber-Castell (NZ) Ltd.
