Expense Entry
• If a receipt is missing for an expense previously submitted, email a PDF copy of the receipt to
expenses@SEAlimited.com. Include the expense report name and date in the subject line. If emailing receipts
for someone other than self, include the timekeeper name in the subject line.
Save an Expense Report to Add Additional Expenses Later
A user can either save the expense report (explained here) or submit the expense report (explained on next page)
• If the expense report is not complete and needs to be saved to add more expenses later, select Save instead of
Submit:
• To find the report later, select Expenses* from the Activities on the dashboard.
• Select the magnifying glass to bring up a list of the expense reports:
• A Query Dialog box will appear with the list of expense reports.
• Select the saved expense report from the list to continue entering expenses to the report.
• Any approved expense reports will appear with a check mark under the Approved column:
