3E can only be accessed using Internet Explorer and only when connected to the S-E-A network either from an
S-E-A office or using VPN.
To Add the 3E Website to the Toolbar
• Open Internet Explorer.
• Open the website to save.
• To access the live instance of 3E, type the following link:
http://3e/TE_3e_prod/Webui/3E.aspx#/Dashboard/
• Select the star to the top right of the screen:
• Select Add to Favorites.
• Select Add current tab to Favorites bar.
