YOUTH
The All Saints Youth Ministry exists to form a community of families in Austin that embraces God’s story, celebrates God’s kingdom, participates in God’s Church, and loves God’s world. It is our hope that in the seven years they are with us, 6th-12th grades students will grow in all these ways and that they will do so together — learning Christ by seeing his image in one another and by seeking the unity for which he prayed and died.
This year, our youth ministry has continued to grow and thrive under the leadership of Jordan Griesbeck who was ordained in the fall. We have also added two new full-time youth staff: Grace Anne Wood, Director of Female Youth; and Kinnon Chapman, Youth Ministry Coordinator.
This summer, our youth ministry will focus on opportunities to serve and, in addition to their annual summer conferences, will be going on a mission trip to Peru.
YOUNG ADULTS
This past year, the young adults have gathered together for monthly socials hosted by All Saints families, grown in community through studying the bible together, and deepened relationships through happy hours and social events throughout Austin. Our Young Adult group partnered
with young adults from other churches in South Texas at Mo-Ranch for an annual retreat. The young adults (or “YAll Saints”) continue to grow and seek new avenues to live into their calling as a part of Christ’s Church in the world, with new small groups, participation in Xeno Café this coming fall, the multiplying of Bible studies, and the building of deeper relationships.
