Step 5: OFFER & NEGOTIATE
At this exciting point in time an agent really helps make things feel much more at ease, as this is where negotiation comes into play. Here’s how the o er pro- cess typically works:
Decide on price:
I will compile a Comprehensive Market Analysis, to determine the market value of the home. This is ex- tremely helpful when it comes to negotiating a fair price.
Terms and Conditions:
You also need to decide on a closing date and if there will be any conditions of the o er. This could be num- ber of things including repairs. I can help identify and negotiate things that might otherwise go unaccount- ed for.
Prepare the o er:
I will create a legal document known as Agreement of Purchase and Sale that protects you, follows your instructions, and matches your schedule or needs.
