Review the o er:
I will be there to help explain the details and terms of the o er, and suggest options for specialty clauses so that you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
Present the o er:
I can present and negotiate the o er on your behalf. What happens next? One of three things:
The seller accepts your o er.
Success, we move on to the next step!
The seller rejects your o er.
Infact this is not common, but it can happen and I’ll work to find out why.
The seller countersigns.
This means the seller changes the terms of the of- fer, and presents the o er to back. I will continue to negotiate on your behalf to reach agreeable terms. I’ll also advise you if it’s clear that an agreement cannot be reached and it’s time to walk away.
