Last weeks match report
Our last game saw the Brook boys travel to fellow St Helens club Pilks
Recs for a rearranged friendly following the fixture against Chester
Gladiators being postponed until later in the year.
On a very cold, wet, hailstone drenched day fifteen of our lads turned
out to pit their skills against a very capable Pilks Recs team.
Two games were played and a try fest ensued. In all, our boys
managed to run in 23 tries against a very well drilled Pilks outfit.
Tries came from Aiden Kay, Lucas Waddilove, Conal Parry, Ethan
Tucker, Harvey Whittle, Dylan Mather, Freddie Hewitt, Tyler
Middlehurst and John Bennett.
Special mention must go to Sonny Clare and Jack Jameson for the
sharp ball distribution from acting half, with Toby Edwards and Scott
Brown for their tireless work in defence and attack. While Zain
Matthews and Tyler Pook should be mentioned in dispatches for
their barnstorming runs carting the ball forward gaining valuable
yards for the team. Great work boys!! #upthebrook
