world. When this step is taken, we find God in all His brilliance and glory, not only manifested in the outer world but also in ourselves as well. From that moment, I began a more dedicated and intense inquiry into dharma and the meaning of being an instrument of unity, harmony, and love in the community. Loving our families and communities is a way of experiencing God’s love. I saw more clearly the need for balance between our inner path and our involvement in the outer world. Looking at the world through the heart and seeing it as an expression of God’s creative love brings us to a new, exhilarating, and expansive way of relating to life.
