COOK HOUSE — Straight from Kathryn’s Kitchen —
Cheesy Beef Stroganoff
What you Need:
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
2 cups Water
3 cups Egg Noodles (large-broad) 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 cup Cheese Whiz
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Make it!
Prep Time: 10 min. Total Time: 25 min. Makes: 5 servings (approx. 1 cup each)
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in water; bring to a boil. Stir in noodles; bring to a boil; cover.
Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Add Cheese Whiz, Cream of Mushroom
Soup and pepper; cook until Cheese Whiz is melted, stirring frequently. [18]
