Join us at Rafters for a Burns Night Celebration in honour of our Celtic cousins’ national bard. Enjoy a specially created menu with a traditional Scottish avour, sampling fabulous Scottish produce with the traditional Address to a Haggis and of course a wee dram.

St David’s Day Celebration ursday 1st March
Enjoy a celebration of Wales in all its glory, as we mark our own national day with a mouthwatering menu showcasing the nest food Wales has to offer. Guests will arrive to a welcome cocktail with a Welsh twist, starting the celebrations in style.
Enjoy a taste experience created by the Celtic Manor chefs who will represent Wales at the Hotel Olympia culinary competition during March.

Rafters Jazz Night 13th & 14th April
