  Supervise and oversee one of the largest private junior golf programs in the country consisting of more
                       than 350+ junior golfers. Create play schedules, as well as build skills curriculums for all ages and
                       playing  abilities.  Responsible  for  growing  participation  by  continuing  to  improve  programs  and
                       strengthening the collaboration between the junior golf committee, staff, parents and junior golfers
                     Supervise and coordinate weekly “Junior Play Days” which allows juniors to come and play 3 or 6
                       holes on a monday evening, while supervised by an adult
                     Organize, run and manage tournament operations for over 100 club events, working closely with both
                       the men’s and women’s golf committees. Also coordinate more than 35 outside golf events and outings
                       annually
                     Support the day to day golf operation that uses a “no tee-time” system
                     Helped purchase all hard good for a nationally reconized golf shop. Also in charge of maintaining
                       inventory levels for a merchandising operation that exceeds $750,000 annually
                     Oversaw  all  club  repair  tasks  including  re-gripping,  shaft  extractions,  shaft  lengthening  and  lie
                       adjustments
                     Attend  regular  meetings  with  the  Greens  Committee,  Golf  Committee,  Tournament  Committee,
                       Junior Golf Committee, 18/9 Hole Committees and Food & Beverage Department regarding long
                       range plans and daily golf operations
                     Attend  the  annual  PGA  Merchandise  Show  and  participate  in  the  open-to-buy  plan.  Manage  the
                       purchasing of over $15,000 in trophies and prizes for annual tournaments
                     Provide over 150 lessons annually to golfers of various playing abilities, including private instruction,
                       clinics, and playing lessons. Conduct customized golf club fittings and video instruction for members

               The Wanderers Club is an exclusive 18-Hole private Country Club. The course was founded in 2005
               and already has such a rich unique history. Having been named after the first United States Open Polo
               Champion, The Wanderers Club is a great pairing of both golf and polo. Along with a number of great
               member events, The Wanderers has played host to the U.S. Amateur, Women’s Amateur, and Mid-
               Am Qualifier, along with a number of Fusion Tour events.

                     Organize and run over 15 club events as well as over 10 outside golf events each season
                     Heavily involved in growing the Junior Golf program that now consists of over 30 kids, 3 camps and
                       40 clinics, with the number of juniors growing each year
                     Involved in golf shop merchandising and sales that does $225,000 annually
                     Selected to the club's task force charged with growing the club membership. Achieved  80% growth in
                       the 2013-3014 season
                     Helped manage an outside staff of 10 and a golf operation which uses a “no tee-time” system with play
                       averaging approximately 11,000 rounds.
                     Run all Ladies' golf days. Provid a free clinic for the ladies prior to the scheduled event
                     Worked closely with PGA Hall of Fame Inductee and Top 50 Instructor Michael Hebron Sr. in all
                       member clinics and private lessons
