DJ DIARY 003 - WASHINGTON DC, U.S.A.
Hello again, this time we traveled to the capital of USA, Washington DC.
Like other big cities in the world, you can find a big variety of options for recreation, tourism, restaurants, and of course, monuments.
Who doesn’t know this city at least for the American movies and the White House? You can find also:
The Capitol of the United States - The George Washington Monument - The Lincoln Monument - The Jefferson Monument - The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Monument - The World War II National Monument - The Monument to the Veterans of the War of Korea - The Monument to the Veterans of Vietnam - The Albert Einstein Monument.
In conclusion, it’s a city where you won’t have time for boring, and every time that I go there I enjoy everything, including the company of good friends like Sharam, Dubfire and Saeed Younan.
Regarding the club scene, you can find nice places for spending your nights, but I would like to highlight "Flash DC", right now one of the most respected and trendy clubs in the city. I said club because it has the perfect ability to create that environment where people attend exclusively for the music and the DJ, and that’s what I seek and I think that all the DJ’s would agree with me. This club was opened almost two years ago, and it always feels like home. I normally go there like 3 times a year, and of course it has some of the top DJ’s worldwide like Carl Craig, Joseph Capriati, Chris Liebing, Robert Dietz, Timo Maas, Henry Saiz, Guy Gerber, Josh Wink, Stacey Pullen, M.A.N.D.Y among many others big names.
If you have the chance to visit, don’t doubt about it, you’ll listen to a huge variety of quality music, from electronica to the purest techno.
With this I say goodbye until the next issue and as always, it’s a pleasure for me to share my trip experiences with all of you, although and as I always say, nothing like being there and see it with your own eyes.
