Harrison Crump’s legacy in House music is
undeniable. ‘Discovered’ by a young Felix Da
Housecat in his hometown of Chicago, Harrison has
gone on to have a pretty sweet career. A featured
singer on Felix’s The Maddkatt Courtship album,
Harrison has gone on to do remix work for Ettienne De
Crecy, have multiple releases on Subliminal Records,
worked with George Morel and Puff Daddy, toured the
world and set up his own label, Hump Records. He’s
been at the top of his game for over two decades.
Which in this music industry climate is an incredible
achievement.
We sat down with Harrison ahead of the launch of his new label, Vibin’ Box Records to find out a little more...
