My tune of the month goes to the ever mysterious and super talented Praana, With their glorious new track Gold out on Colorize. This track screams Summer with Succulent vocals and warm layered synths over a rich kick. An exhilarating production perfect for all those lazy beach days and pre parties. Another Quality release from the Colorize Mainstay’s. Colorize continue to bring quality melodic progressive house, Keep an eye out for my forthcoming collaboration with Oliver Harper coming very soon.

Braxton - Chiaroscuro [Anjunadeep] [Melodic House]
Here on Anjunadeep we see the return of Brighton based producer Braxton. First heard on the smash release Anjunadeep 11, Chiaroscuro gets its full release. The track is the perfect balance of light and darkness. A Classic 90’s breakbeat with layers of lush synths with a sublime vocal which will get everybody smiling, be it on the dance floor or at home in the sun. On the B side He brings us Torn. Tim French - Roodles ( I Know) [Melodic Beats]
Next up I bring you the debut track from Tim French. Not only is it his debut track but its Melodic Beats Debut release and what a debut it is. Melodic beats is the brainchild of veteran Dj Producer Paul Honey. They have been Bringing us quality podcasts showcasing all things deep, Progressive and melodic. With guest mixes from the likes of Luke Brancaccio and Ian Dillon it was only a matter of time before they made the jump to record label. Plymouth based Dj/Producer and Melodic Beats resident Tim French brings us the fantastic Roodles, A deep chugging groover with strong kicks and funky shaker loops which lead you into a hypnotic moody baseline which groove along nicely to the break. Lush pads and arps build effortlessly with a 90s style riff infill it drops and were off grooving till the end. This is a quality progressive track, perfect for the summer... Boxer - Crawler [UV] [Progressive House]
Next up on the ever impressive UV we have the storming Crawler By Boxer. Here the superb English producer makes his UV debut, after countless releases on labels such as Anjunadeep, Perfecto, Colorize and Armada to name a few. Crawler is a proper peaktime weapon with lush arps, and vocal cuts layered over warm pads... A Hypnotic, melodic groover bound to get all discerning dance floors moving. Mr. Paul Thomas has to take massive credit for making UV one of the best labels around.

Donna Marie - Falling [Perfecto Black]
Last but not least, Perfecto Black Brings us an amazing ep from New Zealands Donna-Marie. The ep consists of three superb tracks, My pick though is Falling. Here Donna-Marie brings her signature sound with a pumping prog groover, A driving bassline lush pads and haunting vocals make this a must for all those late night dance floors. Another quality release from Perfecto Black and I certainly want to hear more from Donna-Marie.
