             He called these microworlds, “incubators for


             knowledge” where children could pose and test


             out hypotheses.





             After LOGO, technology resources began to be


             evalauted according to how they could be used as


             “microworlds” and “incubators for knowledge” in


             which learners  could generate their own


             knowledge.
