https://scholar.google.com/ There’s a place where you can search articles, but also search
case law for your state.

Just click on your state and put in what issue you’re inquiring about –Freedom of Speech,
maybe, or whether an expired judgment is still enforceable. Not as handy searching at the
law library. But it’s there for us.
