                       Then you use the same Lexis to look closer at each debtor. Cars?  Boats?  Job?
                    Professional licenses?  Lots of other judgments against him?  Bankruptcy?   And so on.
                        It’s not perfect, but it’s SOO much better than taking on Judgments blindly.

                    How to apply? Simply call the database company:


                       Tell them you are in collections (yes, it’s better in this case) and you’re starting up.
                    What do they have that can help, and what are the requirements.

                       Note; If collections licenses are need in your state, they’ll want to see it.  But, if
                    collections licenses are ONLY for consumer judgments in your state, inform them of that
                    and tell them you’ll only be taking non-consumer. Let their compliance office reply.

                           You will absolutely want to get on PACER.   P-A-C-E-R stands for   Public Access
                    to Court Electronic Records. It’s free to subscribe, and gives you pictures of many, many
                    federal court and bankruptcy records across the country. It’s about 10 cents per page, the
                    price of some copy machines.  (Google “Court + PACER” and you’ll find it.)
