Judgment Enforcement – The Step-by-Step Course
• Google Adwords and other “Click on” Internet Ads
• Word of mouth
• Professional Internet website with good SEO
• Meeting people while researching at court
There is only one way to get “word of mouth” clients. Be effective. But you are just
starting out and need a professional appearance on the Web. You will get clients that way,
and the creditors you contact will certainly check you out online. You don’t want a second-
rate appearance. You want credibility. You want a Website that is as good as you are.
Right now, I’m using GoDaddy and Wix.com to put up my websites and host them. It’s
about $12 a month each. And if I can put up a website, you can too. I’m absolutely NOT
a techie. See my websites and if you think they are all right, then go with GoDaddy.
There may be some similar outfits out there you know of. If you do, email me and I’ll
include them here.
Another recommendation is that you not use too many bells and whistles. Some sites
have James Bond music, sentences that move, and other wizardry. It’s overkill. You want a
site that is clean, clear and loads quickly. You want a site that calls attention to you and
what you do, and not the site.
My newest website is just one very simple page. See www.Judgment-Trackers.com
In getting a domain name, obviously you should try to get something that refers directly
to your business name. You can choose and buy a domain name at www.godaddy.com for
about $12 year.
Godaddy.com is great, and their 24/7 support simply cannot be beat.
Step 10: Getting Visitors to Your Website
No secret here. Having a website is not enough. Once your website is on line, you’ll
obviously want to try to draw people to it through what is called Search
Engine Optimization Don’t forget that step. Your exposure will be
higher, and it’s easier for creditors to find you.
Advertising idea: A friend of mine bought a magnetic sign for his car with his name,
phone, email, and I’LL ENFORCE YOUR JUDGMENT on it. He parked his car in front
of the Courthouse, and he got tons of calls. (And, of course, he screened each case.)
