THE ASSIGNMENT AND THE AGREEMENT

(and possibly the substitution of attorney)

Okay, now you’ve:
1) Screened some files,
2) Investigated and found a better debtor, and,

3) Contacted the creditor.

And a pretty good percentage of them probably want you to take assignment on the
judgment. You’re good to go. What you need to do now is mail or email the creditor the
agreement and the assignment itself.
