Dear Mr. Aaron Owen and ATC Drivechain Selection Committee:

We are pleased to share the qualifications of Integrated Architecture (IA) as a prime architect with ATC Drivechain for
Design and Construction of a new industrial warehouse facility to be located at the existing facility in Oklahoma City. We
have carefully considered your Request for Proposal received June 7, 2021 and believe we are a qualified team for your
project.
The IA team, including the key consultanting firm of Schemmer selected for this project, combines the skills and talents
to provide professional architectural and engineering services to ATC Drivechain. It is our combined experience and
common values which will be reflected in the efficiency of a unified team. This experience will enhance internal and
external communication, design collaboration, and a unified team approach to project execution. Quality projects come
from a combination of technical knowledge, design talent, communication, and a desire to serve the client with the
highest level of respect and professionalism. This team of individuals possesses all these qualities. Some of the specific
strengths of this team include:

ƒ Management & Technical Experience: IA’s Mark Gandy will serve as Project Manager and Project Architect.
We will take responsibility for the management of the project and the design. Mark has previously led teams on
numerous large and highly technical projects in his career with a full range of engineering consultants and specialty
design consultants.
ƒ Industrial Design Experience: Our key consultant, Schemmer, has assembled a team of industrial specialists with
11 decades of combined experience to offer functional, durable, safe and innovative solutions. Schemmer will use
our strength of specifc expertise of more than 100 industrial and commercial projects and our Integrated Design
Process to create an environment that will support your mission.
ƒ Team Culture: We are always striving to lead and promote teamwork with all of our clients and consultants. The
concept of teamwork on the project level only works if we, as an architecture firm, truly work as a team. We are
always working to build our internal team bonds in order to help lead and promote that culture on all project teams.

The team presented in this proposal will provide the capability and performance which will help give ATC Drivechain the
opportunity to provide the best possible project results for its leadership, workforce, and clients to fulfill their goals and
objectives.

The enclosed materials provide an overview of our qualifications, as well as general information on our team and staff
of professionals. Our team is looking forward to the opportunity to assist AC Owen and ATC Drivechain in reaching its
