Since the park near the site is low-rise, the school creates a
high-nature activity area. Around the classroom, an irregular
form of courtyard and walkway is designed that creates a
soothing atmosphere.

Edogawa Ward landscape plan was formulated to promote
landscape town development that takes advantage of the
variety of "Edogawa-ness" nurtured by water and greenery.

The school is being seen by local residents that grows
together. The site is located on the landscape axis of the
Kasai area and Shinsui Park. The building is designed to
blend in with the green and calm town scape. Natural
construction materials are used such as timber.

In cooperation with the town development activities of the
small landscape area, it aims to combine software and
hardware as a facility that integrates with people.

The school building is a rigid structure with earthquake-
resistant wall in the school building. Air conditioning
equipment installed on the floors and walls so that if the
building is destroyed during the subsequent equipment
replacement, it cannot be replaced.

In consideration of water damage, outdoor machines,
supplies and materials storage are located on the second
floor and above arrangement of sound absorbing material
by wave sound environment simulation. This ensures sound
absorption performance suitable for learning environments
such as installation of moving partitions.
