• This visa allows Australian citizens to obtain work authorization with a U.S. company
• The criteria is the same as for the H-1B specialty occupations, college degree, etc.
• Applicants apply at U.S. Consulate in Australia
• Visa is valid for 2 years. No limit on renewals. Comment: Spouse can obtain a work permit
