2 28.03.1988 Land Had been notified by the Government of Karnataka for Acquisition Purpose of

formation of layout known as East of NGEF Layout vide Preliminary notification
dated 28.03.1988

3 22.10.1990 Final Notification served

4 07.12.2005 Canopy Estate Private Limited formed as a company with authorised share Capital

of 5 lakh Rupees with the following person as its director
Shri Faisal Rizvi- MD (Elder brother of Syed Yasir Rizvi)

Cyriac John Joseph-Director
Ashok Manoranjan- Director

5 2006 Faisal Apparently paid an amount of 75 Lakhs to LL for developing the land in ratio

6 2007 Faisal Apparently paid an amount of 1.75 Cr for de notifying the land

7 05-Oct-07 Land Had been de notified by the Government of Karnataka vide notification

bearing UDD/52/MNX/2007 dated 05 Oct 2007

8 2009 Canopy Estate Private Limited Floated a Multi-storeyed Project with 172 Flats
(Canopy Estate was earlier owned by Faisal Rizvi and there after transferred the

ownership of the company to his brother Yasir Rizvi current MD)

9 27.05.2009 Ashok Manoranjan resigns

10 07.12.2009 Resolution passed to shift the office of Canopy Estate Private Limited from 977,5th
