       Coffee Banana Protein

                                                                     1 ½ Bananas, Cut into Chunks
                                                                     1 c Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
                                                                         1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
                                                                                     2 tsp Honey
                                                                         ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
                                                                            ¼ tsp Grated Nutmeg
