Kaitlin Gilbert has worked at Bingham Memorial Hospital since early 2017. She grew up in Salmon, ID and enjoys the small town atmosphere that Bingham Memorial Hospital has. Kaitlin appreciates that healthcare today is very focused on patient safety and feels that BMH employees keep this in the front of their minds while providing care to their patients. Working closely with Human Resources and with BMH employees is one of her favorite parts of her job. She feels that if she can help support the employees that they in turn can be better caregivers to patients and customers. Kaitlin also loves that her position is involved in so many different aspects of healthcare and appreciates the quality and compassion of
team BMH.
Kaitlin married a farmer from Blackfoot and has since learned the way of dairy life. She and her husband have two daughters that keep things interesting, and are much better farmers than Kaitlin will ever be. She appreciates that farm work takes the effort of the whole family and loves that her daughters have been able to learn hard work from an early age. Aside from the farm, Kaitlin enjoys running her girls around to various activities and doing anything that brings her
family all together.
